1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Trainloop platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Trainloop provides autonomous agentic AI QA automation services. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business testing purposes.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The Trainloop platform, including its AI agents and underlying logic, is the exclusive property of Trainloop AI. Your test configurations and results remain your property, but we retain the right to use anonymized platform usage data to improve our agentic reasoning.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trainloop AI provides the service "as is" and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
